Spanning 416 square meters, the Ground Floor also includes an in-house kitchen and a beautifully crafted bar, creating the perfect setting for a memorable welcome reception where your guests can fully appreciate your latest offerings. Two staircases lead up to the main event space, which features double-height ceilings and original Victorian design elements, setting the scene for a spectacular event.
The First Floor is an open-plan, blank canvas with 825 square meters of uninterrupted floor space, allowing organisers the freedom to configure events in multiple layouts with your latest product at centre stage. The venue includes three rows of 8-meter-high truss for rigging, and our in-house production team is on hand to assist with bringing your product launch to life.
The venue offers bars on both floors, and we collaborate with the award-winning caterers, who can prepare a delicious food offering tailored to your event’s theme, guest needs, and requirements.

DISABLED ACCESS
All areas of venue, apart from the Mezzanine, are accessible, with large lifts and toilets on both floors.
INTERNET
There is Free Wifi available to organisers which is capped at 2Mbps per device for 20-30 users. This can be upgraded via our partner Noba for your event.
CLOAKROOM
The Ground Floor features a fully functional cloakroom for guests.
TOILETS
The bright and modern bathrooms serve up to 2,800 guests. There are 26 female cubicles, 5 male cubicles + 30 urinals and an accessible toilet, all located on the Ground Floor.
KITCHEN
The venue has a fully functioning kitchen located on the Ground Floor.
PARKING
There is ample parking available at the Westfield car parks. Production parking, including space for Outside Broadcast Trucks and articulated lorries can be arranged, subject to requirements. There is no onsite parking.
VENUE ACCESS
The loading area is suitable for one articulated lorry and two vans. There is potential access to holding bays within Westfield for further vehicles.
