How to get to Exhibition White City?

Exhibition is a 2-minute walk from Wood Lane Station which services both the Circle and Hammersmith & City tube lines. Exhibition is a 5-minute walk from White City Station which services the Central tube line.

Exhibition is located next door to White City Bus Station, which services multiple routes via Central London.

Driving? Exhibition White City is located a 5-minute walk from Westfield Shopping Centre car parks – please note the car parks are not directly affiliated with us, so we cannot guarantee availability on the day.


General Music Show Enquiries

Can I pay by card at Exhibition White City? We are a cashless venue. All bars and the cloakroom will only accept card and contactless payment methods.

Can I smoke or vape at Exhibition White City? Yes, in the designated smoking area located outside on the ground floor at the back of the venue. Please note if you are caught smoking or vaping anywhere other than the designated smoking area, you will be asked to leave the venue without a refund.

Is there free water available at Exhibition White City? Yes, free water is available at our bars at all times.

Are there cloakroom facilities available? Yes, we have a cloakroom available at all music shows. Please arrive early to avoid queues.

What items can I put in the cloakroom? Please note our cloakroom is only for coats, jackets, and small bags A4 size or smaller. Please refer to our prohibited items list before making your way to Exhibition White City.


Music Show Conditions of Entry

What is Exhibition White City’s Entrance Policy? All tickets will be checked and scanned on entry.

Searching is a condition of entry to protect your safety and that of other visitors. All persons entering the venue are also governed by the licence conditions and are liable for searches by security staff.

Full body and bag searches will be carried out before entry is granted. Any refusal by the ticket holder to comply with such searches may result in refusal of admission and eviction from the venue without refund or compensation. You are entitled to refuse the search and leave the venue at any point.

Once you have left the venue, re-admittance will not be permitted.


Prohibited Items List

Please note you are NOT permitted to bring into (or use) any of the following items at the venue:

Illegal substances, legal highs or any other psychoactive substances, food, any form of liquid (including drinks and perfume), chewing gum, point-and-shoot cameras, bottles, weapons, ammunition, horns, whistles, drums, megaphones, amplification equipment, klaxons, air horns, fireworks, flares, smoke canisters, explosives, firearms, knives, blades, or any other article which may be used as a weapon or missile.

Large bags, hi-visibility tabards or similar, sponsorship, promotional or marketing material, marker pens, spray paint, or any other similar items that may be used to mark infrastructure. Costume masks are also not permitted.

If you have any specific reasons for bringing prohibited items into the venue (for example, because you have a dietary or medical condition), please contact us prior to the event at info@exhibitionwhitecity.co.uk.

Animals, with the exception of guide dogs, are not permitted in the venue.


What is Exhibition White City’s Bag Policy?

We do not allow bags or rucksacks on-site that are bigger than an A4 piece of paper (21cm x 30cm). If you bring a bag or rucksack larger than this to the site, you will not be permitted entry with it.

We have a cloakroom on-site that is available at a cost for smaller items and for storing personal items of clothing (coats, jackets).

Please only bring essential items with you to the venue.


Does Exhibition White City Operate a Challenge 25 Policy?

Yes, we do. If you are lucky enough to look under the age of 25, you may be asked to show identification to prove your age to be granted entry to the venue for all shows where age restrictions apply. This also applies at all our bars if attempting to purchase alcohol.

Lost Property

Please email lostproperty@exhibitionwhitecity.com with a clear description of your lost item and the show in which you misplaced it.

We often deal with a large number of lost property requests, so please be patient while we go through all items.

Exhibition White City keeps lost and found items for a maximum of three weeks. After this period, they are passed on to local charity shops.

Valuable items may be held for a longer period. Items such as passports, IDs, and mobile phones are securely disposed of if not collected within the stated time frame of three weeks.

Please note we are not responsible for any personal items lost on-site.

What should I do if I feel unwell at Exhibition White City?

We have a dedicated Welfare and Medical area on the first floor. Please let a member of staff know you feel unwell, and they can direct you to the Welfare and Medical area.

Regardless of the cause of your ill health, our staff are trained to be non-judgemental, with your well-being placed with the utmost importance.

Can I bring my prescription medicine or medical equipment to Exhibition White City?

Yes. If you have any specific reasons for bringing prohibited items into the venue (for example, because you have a dietary or medical condition), please contact us prior to the event at accessibility@exhibitionwhitecity.com.

When you arrive on-site, please make security staff aware that you are bringing medical items with you. Please contact us prior to the event so we can verify any items you need to bring on-site.
